Our mission is to provide civil legal services to those with limited means and those at risk, including populations not served by other legal aid agencies. This comes from our conviction that regardless of one’s circumstances in life, each person deserves the opportunity to seek justice.

We provide the following legal services on a reduced, sliding-fee scale:
Uncontested divorces
Uncontested adoptions
Uncontested guardianships
Adult name changes
Conservatorships
Estate planning services, to include wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives
Probate services
Renters Rights clinics

We also provide the following services to our immigrant neighbors:
Asylum
U-Visas for victims of serious crimes
T-Visas for trafficking victims
