Pregnancy Help

Birthright of Memphis is a free pregnancy resource and counseling center that serves the Greater Memphis area. We offer free pregnancy testing, pregnancy and resource counseling and referrals to other organizations, maternity clothing, and quarterly parenting classes for expectant mothers.

All services performed at Birthright of Memphis are free and confidential, but you must be pregnant to qualify for services besides pregnancy testing. We are not a medical service and are unable to provide medical advice or referrals. We do not offer blood testing, STD/STI testing, or ultrasounds.
